      Box Office

      If you bought your tickets from GDP, there are two possibilities, depending on the show:

      1/ If your tickets remain valid for the new date: you can then keep them and present them normally on the new date of the postponed show.

      2/ If your tickets are no longer valid for the new date: to request a refund tickets must be sent back to our office; you will then have to purchase tickets for the new date.
      If you bought your tickets from another official sales network, please contact the point of sale where the tickets were purchased. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more information.

      If you bought your tickets from GDP, please see our refund policy: 1/ You chose home delivery and you already have your tickets: please send the tickets back to us by mail. Upon receipt of your tickets, we will issue a refund to the card used for payment. If your debit card is no longer valid, we will contact you to ask for you bank details (IBAN/SWIFT) and you will then be reimbursed by bank transfer. 2/ You chose to collect your tickets at the box office (you are therefore not in possession of your tickets): send a request by email to hotline@gdp.fr , specifying your order number. 3/ You bought an e-ticket: send us an email with your e-ticket attached (or in the absence of e-tickets, your order number). Our customer service will contact you on receipt of this email. If you bought your tickets from another official distribution network, please contact the point of sale where the tickets were purchased. Do not hesitate to contact our customer service for more information.

      Creating an account is essential to be able to purchase tickets. To finalize your purchase, you will be asked to create an account or to log in if you already are a GDP customer.

      Click on " Create a new account ". When creating your account, you will be asked to fill in mandatory fields such as your email address, a password, your personal details, and a valid postal address.

      You will then receive an email to confirm the creation of your GDP account. This will contain your login details. Please keep securely your username and password, they will allow you to access your customer area. You can consult your orders and download your e-tickets from your customer space.

      Confidentiality: The personal data required for the creation of your account are necessary to process your order.
      We guarantee the strict confidentiality of the information provided and certify that it will not be transmitted nor sold to third parties under any circumstances. These data are useful to provide you with the best possible customer service and enable us to notify you in case your event is being canceled or postponed.

       

      If the show you are interested in is not on our home page, you can use the search bar at the top of your screen. You can easily find the show you are interested in by typing the name of the artist, the city or the venue.

      Choose the city/venue and date you are interested in and then click on "Book". You will then be able to choose the price category you want and, depending on the shows, your seats.

      In case of a quick purchase, the system will assign you the best available seats at the time of your purchase according to your budget.

      For shows where you can choose your seats, you can click directly on the seats you are interested in. Available seats are represented by coloured squares on the map, each colour representing a category.

      Then click on " Validate ".

      You will then have to choose the delivery method for your order: ticket collection at the venue box-office, e-ticket or tracked delivery. (These options may vary depending on the show. Indeed, we cannot offer e-tickets in some venues as they are not equipped with the required devices).

      You can then either keep shopping or proceed to payment. If you are not already a customer, you will need to create an account, if you already are a customer please log in.

      Enter your banking details then click on "Pay". At the end of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also access your order at any time in your customer space.

      General Admission :

      A general admission event has no assigned seats therefore you do not have to choose your seats at the time of your purchase. General admission tickets can be standing or non-allocated seating tickets, depending on the event.

      Reserved seating (or select your own seat on the map - NB: some venues do not have this option)

      Click directly on the seats you are interested in on the venue map (you can enlarge the map if necessary). Free seats are represented by coloured squares on the plan, each colour displaying a category.

      Details of your seats will be displayed at the bottom of the screen. Tickets are kept for 20 minutes in your cart.

      Quick purchase by rate and budget

      Assigned seating: if you do not wish to choose your seats, click on the desired seating category, the system will assign you the best available seats in that category at the time of booking according to your choice (cheapest seats, best seats).

      In case of automatic seating assignment, once you have made your choice, a red dot will indicate the location of your seats on the map. You will have to click on Locate my seats.

      All our concerts have reserved seats for People with Reduced Mobility. As these tickets require a specific knowledge of the venue, they are not available online.

      The phone number to contact for PRM bookings can be found on each of our booking pages.

      Please note that the PMR spaces are in different areas of the venue, depending on the lay-out of the concert hall. There are also provided spaces for PRM carers.

      It is possible to place orders for groups / works council on certain events. We can only quote requests for groups of 10 + people.

      Payment can be made by debit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that prepaid cards are not accepted. Payments by cheque and bank transfer are not accepted. Please note that tickets are charged in Euros (€).

      You can download your invoice directly from your personal space.

      To do so, log in to your customer account, then click on "My orders".

      An e-ticket or "electronic ticket" is a dematerialised ticket. It can be printed at home on a blank sheet of white A4 paper using any type of printer (colour or black and white). It must then be presented to the venue's access control team. The agents will check the validity of your ticket with a scanner. To download your e-ticket, please first log in to your account, then click on "my orders" and then "manage my e-tickets". The advantage of an e-ticket over a physical ticket is that it can be reprinted at any time. If you lose your e-ticket, you can get a new one at the last minute by downloading it from personal space.

      You can collect your tickets on the day of the show, starting from the opening time of the doors (about 1 hour before the beginning of the event). Please go to the "Invitations/Production" desk inside the venue with your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and proof of identity.

      Your tickets can be given to the person of your choice, provided they present a photocopy of your identity card and a signed proxy indicating that you give them the authorization to collect your tickets. Your order confirmation will also be required for any ticket collection at the box office. You can now change the name of the ticket holder directly from your account.

      Tickets always display the name of the buyer, but they are not considered nominative. You can give them to third parties, or even resell them. However, we remind you that tickets must be resold at face value only (no profit is allowed) and that you will have to change the name and surname of the future purchaser from your customer account.

      Club Tix is the loyalty program of Gérard Drouot Productions. With each purchase on our site, you accumulate TIX points and can benefit from the advantages of our club. Once your order has been placed, your TIX point status will be displayed in your customer space. For more information, you can contact us by clicking on contact us in your customer area.

      We offer preferential rates on some of our events. These rates are exclusive to our members, you only need a GDP account to benefit from them. These rates are not all the time available on other sales networks. To access these rates, simply select the number of tickets you want at the indicated price, then validate your order.

      We are aware of the existence of illegal ticket sales/resales and strongly advise against buying tickets outside official sales networks. Tickets purchased outside official distribution channel may be null and void, invalid, or falsified, and access to the venue may be denied to the ticket holder.

      As a promoter, buying on GDP.fr guarantees not only a legal purchase, but also the best seats reserved for our customers.

      You can reprint your order confirmation at any time by signing in to your personal area. To do so, please have your GDP login details ready and click on "Login" at the top right of the homepage. Then click on the "My orders" link: you will be able to reprint your order confirmation. If you experience problems when reprinting your confirmation, please email us at hotline@gdp.fr . We will contact you as soon as possible.

      As with the previous point, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale (9.1), we do not issue duplicates in the event of theft.

      According to our General Terms and Conditions (9.1), GDP does not issue any duplicates in case of lost tickets.
