General terms and conditions of sale

PREAMBLE

It is specified beforehand that the present general conditions govern the sales of tickets for shows on the website www.gdp.fr to reserve and place orders. The website www.gdp.fr, the editorial and online ticketing site of the live show producer Gérard Drouot Productions, belongs to the company Gérard Drouot Productions. The present general terms and conditions are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer to enable him/her to place an order. Consequently, the fact of placing an order implies the buyer's full and unreserved adherence to these general terms and conditions of sale.

These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force in partner sales outlets.

ARTICLE 1 - PRICE AND NUMBER OF SEATS

1.1 The prices of tickets for shows are indicated in euros including all taxes. The price shown on the front of the ticket is the total price paid by the spectator. A ticket may not be resold at a price higher than its face value.

1.2 Different types of prices may be offered depending on the events and dates of the concert or reservation.

1.3 Unless otherwise specified, in the case of a show where the sale of a number of seats per purchaser is lower, the total number of seats in accumulated reservations per purchaser may not exceed 10

10 tickets for the same show

     20 tickets for a multi-show order

1.4 All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in euros.

1.5 Gérard Drouot Productions reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of order registration.

1.6 Show tickets remain the property of the organiser of the event until full and final payment of the price by Gérard Drouot Productions.

ARTICLE 2 - AVAILABILITY

Ticket reservations for shows are made in real time. In this context, our server informs you in real time about the availability of tickets when you place your order. In the event of unavailability in one of the types of seats requested, our server automatically offers you the best remaining seats. As the producer of the show, you will always find the best seats at the best price on our website.

ARTICLE 3 - SEATING PLANS AND LOCATION OF SEATS

In the case of numbered tickets, during the course of your reservation, your seats can be indicated on a seating plan if it is available.

You have the possibility to choose your seats directly on the seating plan if it is available.

Once the seats are in the basket, we always offer you the possibility to locate your seats on the plan if it is available.

ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT

Only payment by credit card is possible. It allows you to book your tickets online and immediately in a firm way. The cards accepted for the payment of an order in the ticket office are the Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard networks, and American Express.

ARTICLE 5 - SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on our sites constitute proof of all transactions made on our service.

7.1.1 If you have opted for box office collection, they must be collected on the day of the performance from the "production" box office of the venue from the time the doors open (1 to 1:30 a.m. before the start of the performance, depending on the performance).

7.1.2 If you have chosen to send your tickets by post, they will be sent by La Poste by registered mail (for France) or by DHL (internationally). It is also imperative that you have the numerical reservation code that you have been given (e.g. 3225480).

7.2.2 For any payment by credit card, the credit card will be debited as soon as the order is finally validated. The credit card is debited independently of the actual withdrawal of the tickets. In any event, tickets are paid for even if you fail to collect your tickets on the evening of the performance.

7.4 Proof of payment and tickets are given with your tickets when you collect them. They are made out according to the "contact details" that you provided during the ordering process.

ARTICLE 8 - CONTROL OF BANKNOTES

The ticket must imperatively be accompanied by its control coupon when presented at the entrance to the site (ticket not valid if presented without its control coupon) and must be able to be presented at any security check on the site.

In the case of reduced fares, an identity document (with photograph) justifying the said reduced fare must be presented at the control.

ARTICLE 9 - CANCELLATION AND REFUND

9.1 - In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets for shows cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

All orders are therefore firm and definitive.

9.2 A ticket (Gérard Drouot Productions) cannot be taken back or exchanged, even in the event of loss or theft. No duplicate will be issued. It may not be resold at a price higher than the face value of the ticket (law of 27 June 1919 and these general terms and conditions). In case of cancellation of the event, only the ticket price will be refunded. In the event of postponement, any reimbursement of this ticket will be subject to the conditions of the event organiser. In any case (cancellation or postponement) no costs of any kind will be refunded or compensated. If the show must be interrupted beyond half of its minimum duration as planned by the organiser, if the organiser has to modify the programmes, the distribution or the timetables, this ticket will not be exchanged or refunded.

9.3 The withdrawal method cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

9.4 The events take place under the sole responsibility of the organiser.

9.5 Upon announcement of the cancellation or modification of the date, time or place of the event for which you have reserved seats, you accept that Gérard Drouot Productions, as far as possible, may use the contact details you entered when making the reservation to keep you informed of the procedure to follow.
