If Kiefer Sutherland is first known for his legendary role of Jack Bauer in 24 hours, for which he will receive a Golden Globes in 2002, the artist embarks on the music with a first album country-folk Down in A hole in 2016. Inspired by his own experiences, Kiefer Sutherland’s texts are a way for him to get back to the good and bad moments of his life. A sort of intimate journey diary where we discover the actor in a new light.
The release of two new Open Road titles (December 2018) and This is how it’s done (March 2019) announces the arrival of its second album, Reckless & Me, to be released on April 26th. With this second album, Kiefer Sutherland confirms the test and transports us to the heart of the American West. Recorded in Los Angeles in the famous Capitol Studios with legendary musicians such as guitarist Waddy Wachtel (Stevie Nicks), drummer Brian MacLeod (Sheryl Crow) and pianist Jim Cox, this new album is a tribute to country music encompassing folk, rock, blues and much more.
Far from Hollywood studios, Kiefer Sutherland will be touring Europe and will meet the French public at the Café de la Danse in Paris on October 12, 2019.
